PLUG ORIFICES FOR MAIN BURNERS
These popular orifices are used on water heaters, cooking equipment, clothes dryers
and space heating. All are centered drilled with number 72 drill (except pipe plug blanks).
Plugs must be re-drilled with the proper bit to suit each application.

1.) Remove old orifice
2.) Ream old orifice with sizing reamer.
3.) Insert adapter in hole
4.) Use driving tool to position new
adapter
5.) Use crimping tool to secure adapter
6.) Drill adapter to proper orifice size.
MI-100K ORIFICE REBUILD KIT
With this rebuild kit a service man can renew
80 to 90 percent of all burner orifices.
Kit includes all tools needed to assemble
MI100 adapter and 100 MI100 adapters.
